The national standardization comprehensive reform pilot construction work conferencewas held in the welcome hall of guangzhou provincial government on building no.2 in the afternoon of September 28,2018. The meeting was chaired by zhang hu, secretary-general of the provincial government and chief of staff. Deputy director general of the state administration of market supervision, director general of the state quality development bureau, governor of guangdong province, deputy governor of guangdong province, leaders of related provincial units, 10 winners of 2017 provincial government quality award, mayors and vice mayors from all over the country attended the meeting. Ma xingrui, deputy secretary of the provincial party committee and governor of guangdong province, personally presented the "2017 guangdong provincial government quality award" to 10 enterprise representatives, including Shenzhen Senior, Gac and Haineng and other  remarkable independent innovation ability and market competitiveness.
